Got Questions

About Pricing?

we have all theanswers ready.

How is a transaction fee calculated?

A fixed charge plus a percentage of the amount, both set per transaction type. The combined total is shown before you confirm.

Which transactions carry charges?

Transfers, bill pay, mobile top-ups, virtual cards, remittance, make payment, request money, payment links and money out each have their own charge settings.

Why do some charges vary by method?

Funding, withdrawal and exchange charges depend on the provider handling the money, a card, a bank or a local gateway each cost differently, so the charge is set per method and shown before you confirm.

What limits apply to my account?

A minimum and maximum per transaction, plus daily and monthly caps. They depend on your account level and are listed in your settings. A limit of zero means none is enforced.

How do agent commissions work?

Agents earn a fixed commission, a percentage commission, or both, on eligible transactions they process, credited to their balance as each one completes.

Are there monthly account fees?

No. Charges are per transaction, so an idle account costs nothing to keep open.
