This policy explains what we collect when you use QRPay, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
We collect information when you register, place a request, buy a service, respond to a survey or complete a form. Depending on what you are doing, you may be asked for your name, email address or phone number. You can browse the site without giving us any of this.
Sensitive payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers after a transaction completes. Access to your account is protected by token-based sessions, a wallet PIN on money movements, and optional two-factor authentication.
We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. It may be shared with the providers who help us operate the site and deliver the service, and those providers are required to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information where we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property or safety of others.
In line with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our site, products and services are directed at people aged 13 and over.
While your account is open we keep the information we hold about you. If you delete your account or withdraw your consent, we remove it, subject to the record-keeping periods that applicable laws and regulations require of us.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
